Orders and Shipping
When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Regular orders received before 10PM MDT will be prepared and ready for shipment before 10PM MDT the following business day. Orders placed after 10 PM MDT or on weekends or holidays, will ship within 2 business days. Please contact us at support@parkerkids.com if you have any questions about your order.
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship within 1 business day of being received. Once your order has shipped, you will be provided with tracking information. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and expedited orders arrive in 2 business days or less.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive emails to track your order's journey.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We strive to ship orders as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes prior to shipment. Please contact support@parkerkids.com for more information.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! Customize your order with playful patches under "Customize" in our menu.
Do you accept international orders?
We currently ship internationally to Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. For more information, visit our International Orders page.
Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) through Shop Pay. We also accept Apple Pay, G Pay, PayPal and Amazon Payments.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items with the original packaging within 30 days. Please visit our Returns Page for more information.
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind the quality of all Parker Baby Co. products, which is why we offer a reasonable 6 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.
One of the best parts of developing new products is knowing that you use them every single day. We love that our products become such a big part of your daily routine, and because of that, we know they can suffer some tough love.
In an effort to reduce waste, we will repair products, if possible, instead of replacing them for a new item.

Product Questions
Where are your products manufactured?
Our headquarters and our products are designed in Parker, Colorado, but they are manufactured in various countries. If you are interested in a specific product, please email us at support@parkerkids.com with any questions!
Do your products contain any chemicals?
Our products are all free from formaldehyde, phthalates and BPA. We don't use any flame retardants in our products either.
What ages are Parker Kids products best for?
Our products are designed for children ages 3-12!
Will my patches fall off if I go outside and play?
Nope! Our hook and loop Patches are designed to be play-proof, so you can be rough on them! They walk that perfect line between holding secure, but being easy to peel and stick.
How many patches can I put on one Bag or Hat?
Our Belt Bags fit up to 12 Patches.
Our Ball Caps fit up to 6 Patches.
Our Lunch Boxes fit up to 25 Patches.
Our Backpacks fit 25+ Patches.
Can I place the patches anywhere on any product?
No, Patches only stick to the hook and loop-receptive front panels on our products!
Does your Kids Backpack fit a full-sized folder?
Yes! We designed our Backpacks with extra room so it can grow with your child year after year. The main pocket has room for a full-sized folder, binders, textbooks, and a Chromebook!
