How do patches work?
Our Hook-&-Loop Patches (sold separately) use velcro to stick onto the soft front panel on our backpacks, duffels, kids belt bags, and more. They're easy to peel, stick, and swap! With 50+ Patches to choose from, there's a Patch for every personality.
Are returns free?
All items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange for gifts.
When will my order arrive?
If you select Expedited Shipping, we can ensure a 5-6 day delivery. For Standard Shipping, orders will arrive within 8-14 days.
