GRATITUDE
Growing strong character and stronger families - one patch at a time.
It's a proven concept, gratitude and anxiety can't exist in the brain at the same time. We recommend choosing a timeline to focus on this attribute (a week, month, etc.) and prioritizing intentional, doable tasks to cultivate Gratitude together!
HOW TO ENCOURAGE GRATITUDE WITH YOUR CHILD
- Model gratitude daily. "I'm so grateful for this sunny day," or "Thank you for setting the table."
- Create a family ritual - share one thing you're thankful for each night
- Help them write thank-you notes or draw pictures for people who have helped them
- Sent them off to school by saying, "I am grateful!" together

DAILY RITUALS
Character growth happens at your pace, so you can spend as long as you want nurturing GRATITUDE in your child! Whether you focus on it for a week or a month, we encourage daily touchpoints to keep your child focused.
What does progress look like?
Your child is growing in gratitude when...
• They start saying "thank you" more throughout the day
• They start noticing sacrifice in others. "My teacher helped me today and that was so nice."
• They complain and grumble less
Celebrate Their Progress
When your child is ready to represent their Gratitude Patch, show off their Patch on any one of our play-proof products.
